Refreshing. Not a word usually associated with burgers. But the lab geeks wouldn’t let something as trivial as industry norms hold their creativity back.
Those of us who have had the privilege of spending some time in the beautiful city of Thailand, and enjoyed the many beautiful sights, delicious food and unique culture that the country has to offer, has probably experienced the refreshing, minty taste of a Thai Salad.
And it is those flavours exactly, that the Lab Geeks worked to recreate in the Burger Siam, with a unique myBurgerLab twist of course.
As we always do, we start off with a freshly baked, fluffy Bamboo Charcoal Bun, topped with some Kelantanese Budu Mayo to give this burger a little more of a tangy and spicy ‘kick’. Next, we add a crispy, juicy Fried Chicken Thigh because.. Because Fried Chicken, need we say more? And then comes the pièce de résistance, a minty, refreshing Thai Salad, dressed with a tangy Yuzu Vinaigrette, brings the entire burger together.
Launched in conjunction with Raya 2020, in the middle of the Movement Control Order (MCO), the Burger Siam is both refreshing and savory at the same time, this burger has become a favorite among our guests and geeks alike, so much that it has shed its limited featured burger moniker to become a part of our permanent menu.
