Burger Celup Nalé
The Burger Celup Nalé was born from a collaboration between our Lab Geeks, and the Nasi Lemak maestros over at Nalé Nasi Lemak Co. How did this collaboration happen, you’re wondering? It was early in the days of the MCO, we knew why the restrictions were put into place, we respected the measures that were taken. But we also recognized that smaller-scale, local brands were the ones who needed help if we were to survive this pandemic together.
And so, our lab geeks put their minds together, and realised – “ Oh my! That signature Nalé sauce is the perfect dipping sauce for a burger. And so, they concentrated their efforts, put their minds together with the folks from Nalé Nasi Lemak Co. And after some R&D and taste tests, the Burger Celup Nalé was born.
Launched in conjunction with Raya 2020, the Burger Celup Nale entered the myBurgerLab menu as a limited time offering, featuring a crispy, juicy Fried Chicken Thigh, a generous helping of Nalé Sambal Hijau to kick the spice up a notch, and a fluffy, freshly baked Bamboo Charcoal Bun. And let’s not forget the star of the show, the signature Nalé sauce, which acts as a dip for the burger itself.
It’s rich, it’s spicy, it’s tasty and so omnomnom-licious. The Burger Celup Nalé has become a fan-favourite, and has been added to the regular menu by popular demand.
