That Fowl Word

Reminiscent of an American country-style meal, we decided to create an interpretation of the classic Fried Chicken & Waffles, with a little myBurgerLab twist to it of course.

And so, we took our juicy Fried Chicken Thigh patty, threw in a couple of pickles, lathered on some peppery country-style gravy, and finished it off with some maple syrup to give it just enough sweetness to match the savoury element of the other ingredients. All of these ingredients are held together by one of our freshly made sugary donut buns.
