Freshness shines through with Pomelo, Pear, Strawberries, and Mandarin Orange, enhancing each ingredient’s flavor and texture. Pro tip: Go easy on the sauces to avoid overpowering the seafood’s subtle flavors. Eat quickly to avoid a soggy mess. Umami Level: 10/10
